Over the last 30 years, Rosehaven Homes has grown from a modest family business to one of the top home builders in Southern Ontario. Started in 1992 by brothers Marco and Silvio Guglietti, they built the foundation of Rosehaven Homes on innovation, creativity, hard work, and most importantly, passion.
Rosehaven’s first-ever community, Summit Point, in Waterdown, paved the way for what would become an unmatched industry standard. Each home since has been crafted with top-quality materials and the highest attention to detail.
Now, over 9,000 homes and condominiums later, Rosehaven continues to offer homeowners the opportunity for a new beginning. Most recently, Rosehaven released the hotel-inspired Vincent Condos in Vaughan and sold out its Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant, making 2021 a record sales year with over 1,000 homes and condos sold. Moving forward, Rosehaven’s new low-rise and high-rise projects include On The Ridge in Stoney Creek, Mayfield Collection in Caledon, Dreamfields in Bradford, and new phases of Ivy Rouge in Oakville.
Rosehaven’s Platinum Collection was curated in 2012 to showcase the most exceptional homes. Communities such as The Randall Residences in Oakville offer a very limited portfolio of ultra-premium designs. The Randall Residences was created with some of the greatest talents in the industry such as Ferris Rafauli Architectural Design Build Group and timeless architecture developed by Richard Wengle Architect Inc. The look and feel of this community has influenced many designers and architects around the world over the years bringing a grand yet memorable building to the town.
Rosehaven’s exceptional knowledge and expertise have not only been recognized with various awards but also with outpouring support from homebuyers, some of whom have returned to Rosehaven homes again and again over the decades.
As Rosehaven celebrates this huge milestone in July, Rosehaven will continue its contributions beyond homebuilding. The Guglietti family’s We Love You Connie Foundation is committed to the important work of fundraising for new research into DIPG and other rare pediatric cancers, in loving memory of Marco and Michela’s daughter, Connie Monica Guglietti.
Rosehaven’s team and partners have made this “pearl” anniversary possible—from customer service, to construction, to design. Their passion brought this company to where it is today, and we look forward to seeing where it takes Rosehaven next.
